How credits work
- A credit is used only when you start a conversation with someone who hasn't said Interested in you.
- A mutual Interested match opens a chat with no credit.
- If you get no reply within 7 days, or they decline, your credit comes back automatically.
Trial and refunds
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required. We email you two days before the first charge, and you can cancel anytime from your billing page. If the first charge was a mistake, request a refund within 48 hours.
