Importing your one-sheet or show feed

Skip the typing. Fit For Air can read your one-sheet or your show feed and fill in your profile for you.

Import a one-sheet (guests and hosts)

  1. 1Open Profile.
  2. 2Find the one-sheet import box near the top and tap Upload.
  3. 3Pick a PDF or image of your one-sheet, up to 50 MB.
  4. 4Wait while the button shows Uploading... and then Reading.... This usually takes under a minute.
  5. 5Review what we filled in: bio, topics and links. Fix anything that looks off.
  6. 6Tap Save at the bottom of the page.

Import your show feed (hosts)

  1. 1Open Profile on the host side.
  2. 2Scroll to the show section.
  3. 3Paste your podcast RSS feed address. You can find it in your podcast host's dashboard (for example Buzzsprout, Libsyn or Spotify for Creators).
  4. 4Tap Import. We pull in your show name, cover art and recent episodes.
  5. 5Check the details and save.

If an import fails

  • Stuck on Uploading: your connection may be slow or the file very large. Try a smaller file or a stronger connection. Uploads stop after 90 seconds with a message.
  • Stuck on Reading: reading stops after about 75 seconds. Try a clearer file, such as a PDF instead of a phone photo.
  • Feed will not load: make sure the address starts with https and the feed is public. Paste it into your browser; if it does not open there, it will not open here.
  • Still failing? Fill in the fields by hand, or send us a request from Help and support.
Tip: The import is a starting point. Always read the result before saving; you know your story better than any file.
