Notifications and emails

Matches, messages and bookings live inside the app. We keep email to a minimum.

In the app

  • The bell in the top bar shows new activity.
  • Orange counts in the sidebar show matches, saved profiles, unread messages and open bookings.

Email

  • At most one summary email a day, at 5 PM in your time zone, and only when there is something new.
  • Security alerts, like an account lock, are sent right away.
  • We never email you for each message or match.

Change what you receive

  1. 1Open Settings.
  2. 2Go to Notifications.
  3. 3Turn the daily summary and other options on or off.
  4. 4Changes save right away.

Not getting our emails?

  1. 1Check spam and promotions folders.
  2. 2Add support@mail.fitforair.com to your contacts.
