Finishing your profile

Your profile is finished when every item on the Profile strength card is checked. A finished profile goes live in Browse and unlocks messaging, interest and pass.

Find what is left

  1. 1Open Dashboard or Profile.
  2. 2Look at the Profile strength card. Checked items are done; unchecked items still need work.
  3. 3Tap Finish Your Profile to jump to the first unfinished item, or tap any single item to go straight to it.

What each item needs

  • Headshot uploaded (guests) or Show cover art uploaded (hosts): a clear image, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB.
  • Bio (guests) or Podcast synopsis (hosts): what you talk about and why it matters. Hosts need at least 150 characters.
  • Scheduling link: a link to your booking calendar, such as a Calendly or Google Calendar booking page. This is what Send my calendar shares.
  • Social links: at least one social profile.
  • Website: your site or show page. It must start with https.
  • Show feed (hosts): your podcast RSS feed address.
  • Category and tags: one main category and up to 10 tags.
  • Questionnaire: the matching questions.
  • Email verified: tap the link in your confirmation email. This item opens Settings if you need help with it.

Saving your work

  1. 1Type in any field. It saves on its own and the bar at the bottom shows "Saving your changes" then "All changes saved".
  2. 2If you want to be sure, tap Save at the bottom of the page.
  3. 3You can leave at any time and come back later. Nothing is lost.

What you can do before you finish

  • You can browse every profile.
  • You cannot send interest, pass or message until your profile is finished.
  • Fit Scores show a padlock until your profile is finished, because there is nothing to compare yet.
Tip: Import your one-sheet or show feed first. It fills in most of these items for you.
