Why contact details are hidden in chat

Before a booking is confirmed, Fit For Air hides phone numbers and email addresses in chat. This protects members from spam and keeps bookings on the platform where reminders and reviews work.

What gets hidden

  • Phone numbers and emails typed in a message.
  • Phone numbers and emails spoken in a voice note. The transcript shows "Transcript hidden because it mentioned contact details."
  • The message is flagged for our safety team.

Share how to reach you the right way

  1. 1Open the conversation.
  2. 2Tap Send my calendar. This shares the scheduling link on your profile.
  3. 3The other person picks a time and the booking is set up.
  4. 4Once the booking is confirmed, you can share contact details freely.
Tip: Repeatedly trying to get around this, such as spelling out numbers, can lead to a warning or account lock.
