Audience numbers and appearance counts

Audience numbers help the other side judge reach. On Fit For Air they are always self-reported, and your profile labels them that way.

What you can add

  • Hosts: episodes published and monthly downloads.
  • Guests: podcast appearances and monthly audience reach.
  • Everyone: total social followers.

Add or update your numbers

  1. 1Open Profile.
  2. 2Scroll to the audience section.
  3. 3Type whole numbers only, without commas or plus signs.
  4. 4Leave a field blank if you do not want to share it. Blank guest numbers are hidden.
  5. 5Hosts who leave episodes published blank show the episode count from their show feed instead.

Where they show

  • Episodes published and podcast appearances show on Browse cards and your public profile.
  • Monthly downloads, audience reach and followers show on your public profile.

Keep them honest

  • Use a recent month, not your best month ever.
  • Update them every few months.
  • Misleading numbers can be reported by other members and reviewed by our team.
